I had the pleasure of choosing the prompt for Wordsmith Studio's Weekly Photo Prompt. This week's prompt is shadows.
Here's a look at what created the shadow mural I posted in the prompt.
Let's not forget you can find interesting shadows indoors, too.
There's still time to join in the fun. Watch for the shadows. You may be surprised what you see. Take a picture of one and go to the link above to comment on the prompt page.

Great lines, Michelle. Very complex. I love the sky in the first one. But I think I like the cropped version better since you're trying to draw attention to the shadows. Great job.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Becca. We're getting some fun responses and it's not too late for others to join in!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots! That second one is very childlike to me. It makes me think of tic-tac-toe or hopscotch.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Linda. I like those images! I may have to try a little indoor hopscotch next time that shadow shows up.
DeleteOh nice Michelle! I love those strong sun/shade contrasts. Do you ever see that kind of shadow coming thru tall trees to the ground and there are perfect sparkly circles of sunlight? I love that the best.
ReplyDeleteI will have to look for that, Veronica. You know, you are the one who got me started looking at shadows and also reflections. So thank you for that!
