Another Fall
I first think of the leaves
as they change color,
then drift down.
Trees once full are now bare.
So much is lost.
But, there is another fall.
Pods grow and fill with seeds.
They burst open and let
their contents go.
Ground now bare
will be filled with
blossoms in spring.
So much is still to come.
