Melting

Melting

I feel the change
from cold to warm.
The sweats start-beads
that run like rivulets.

Crack!
Ah, the next stage.
I am frac-

Embrace where you are.
For now, it's your place.
Find the best in it.
Declare it's your space.

The Sky Floats

The Sky Floats

At first, the sight is disorienting.
The world seems upside-down.

Clouds Congregate

The Seed Pod

The Seed Pod

Only the shell remains.
Once, it was full of seeds.
It sent them out to grow on their own.
Now, the pod is empty, dried out
but still holding onto the stem.
It has served its purpose and
will yield nothing more.
That will be left to others.

Venture Out

Venture Out

Don't hesitate
to venture out.
It's hard, no doubt,
but take the chance.

You never know
what you will find.
Escape the grind.
Embrace the change.
