Ferris Wheel
The Ferris wheel
takes us up
and around.
At peak height,
we see the
entire park
below us.
All the choices
we can make
with the right
number of tickets.
The amusements
appear small,
less threatening.
As we come
back down,
the structures
grow larger,
more intimidating.
We limit are options
as soon as our feet
touch the ground.
